These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SAT Ranker (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Who may use SAT Ranker

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, and only a parent or legal guardian may purchase a paid subscription on your behalf. By purchasing, you confirm that you are 18 or older, or that a parent or guardian has authorized the purchase.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that occurs under your account. Please use an accurate email address so you can recover access. Tell us promptly at theodorezibarras@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

Do not share, resell, or provide access to your account to others. Do not attempt to scrape, bulk-download, copy, or redistribute the practice questions or explanations.

Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

SAT Ranker offers a free tier with daily usage limits and paid plans that remove those limits. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card details.

The monthly plan renews automatically each month until you cancel. The Exam Season Pass is a one-time purchase that grants access for 90 days and does not renew.

You can cancel at any time from the billing portal linked on your account page. When you cancel a monthly subscription, you keep access for the remainder of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for subscription payments or for the Exam Season Pass, including for partially used periods, periods during which you did not use the Service, or after a subscription renews. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund charges already made.

This does not limit any rights you have that cannot be waived under the consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at theodorezibarras@gmail.com and we will review the charge.

Price changes

We may change our prices. If we change the price of a recurring subscription, we will give you notice before the change takes effect, and the new price will apply to renewals after that date. You may cancel before the renewal if you do not wish to continue.

About the practice content

All practice questions and explanations on SAT Ranker are original works written for practice purposes. They are not actual SAT questions and are not licensed from, endorsed by, or affiliated with the College Board.

Ratings, tiers, and any score estimates the Service produces are practice tools only. They are not predictions or guarantees of your performance on an actual SAT, and we make no promise about score improvement or admissions outcomes.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools to access, scrape, or overload the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or to our systems
• Manipulate ratings, leaderboards, or duels through cheating or automation
• Upload unlawful content or use the Service to harass others

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. If we terminate your account for a violation, you will not receive a refund.

Availability

We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost opportunities or admissions outcomes.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which the operator of SAT Ranker resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
